Dave Courtnell (director) was a builder/property maintenance survayer in the UK and his son in law Chris Howard (Director), also had a cleaning/maintenance company.

The family had visited Dubai on a number of occasions for holidays. Knowing how Dave and Chris set high standards in their profession, friends kept suggesting they should set up a maid and maintenance company here in dubai as there was no other maid and maintenance company giving professionalism and customer service.

Howdra Maid and Maintenance LLc was established in 2005 and to date employs over 100 fully trained, elite maintenance and maid employees, supplying a top quality service througout dubai. Covering maid and maintenance for private, corporate, short term rentals, hotel service apartments, VIPs, apartments and villas.

Even as Howdra Maid and Maintenance has grown, you will still find Dave, Chris, Brenda, Sarah and Robert involved in the daily running of the company.
